Fares are standard for all passengers. Meals are not included unless stated. Stops are made where goods can be purchased.
Itineraries:
Whilst we stick to what is advertised, the operator reserves the right to amend as required to ensure maximum satisfaction to the customer.
Cancellations:
Cancellation Policy: Please provide notice of cancellation or changes to your booking in writing (via email). For cancellations made more than 28 days prior to arrival, booking funds will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival, booking funds will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 7 days in advance of arrival, no refund will be given, however, the reservation may be rescheduled to another equivalent period subject to availability. Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
Smoking:
Due to government regulations, please refrain from smoking on board.
Responsibility:
We recommend that you dress appropriately for each day tour and weather. In Melbourne, the weather can change and it is not unusual to experience 4 seasons in a day.
Liability:
We recommend you take out your own travel insurance.
